Knoops has this formula down to a science. To be able to make a hot chocolate and ice it in a way that doesn't ruin the integrity of the flavor is quite impressive, and the 54% proprietary blend that they have hits just the right dark chocolate tones without being overbearing. Having this in the US would be amazing
