Their milk hot chocolate is my #1 rated hot chocolate so I had to try their iced - the process uses the same delicious chocolate milk ganache, but they use regular water ice cubes instead of milk ice cubes. Once the hot chocolate is iced over the ice melts and waters down the flavor so it loses the amazing aftertaste the hot drink would've otherwise had
